I quess i wasn’t up to date on how thing work for them and made four phone call in ten hours and place an inapproaite statement and for that i sorry and is looking to move forward…i make one phone call over the weekend and sent in the verifcation by e-mail due to not being able to uploand it so let see what going on I will say this i’m waiting to be one of the happen ones on the form as every one else is so starting over let’s so it good

If I want to send money by bank wire, do I just send the money and then wait for an email asking to send the verification docs? How long does verification take and how long after verification to receive the money in my LR account?

I’m very satisfied with the transfer. It only took 2 working days to transfer from my bank account in Sweden to my Liberty account.
ecardone always say contact them on their contact & FAQ page but they don’t reply untill 5 working days have past! Once that time has past you can ask questions such as where is my money. You can then send them prove that the payment was sent 100% correct yet they still claims they needed a copy of my statement before they could find it. They then pretend that the signed contract is not right and take 2-3days to tell you. They will then randomly send your payment back to you! Oh and I am crossing my fingers and hoping that they do send it correctly! Don’t use them as they have treated very badly for someone who sent them more than 10000 pounds!

I’m overal satisfied with your service, but you should upgrade your “direct” transfer amount from 150 to 200 Euro or more, at least for your known customers.
Last time i needed 140Euro and the money was in my LR account in less than 30 minutes.
This time I wanted some 160Euro and it takes three days (from Sunday morning to wednesday afternoon) till the money was availabel in myLiberty Rserve Account.
Yes I know that this is still fast and you don’t work on Sundays, but wating sucks
